Here is a list of what the bank needs in order to provide financing, so bring this stuff with you!

1. PROOF OF INCOME
   Two most recent pay-stubs from an employer is needed (If Self-Employed, please provide your most recent tax return paper work as well as your three most recent monthly bank statements. Note: If using tax return documentation to prove your income, it must be prepared by a third party. All pages to include the 1099’s will be needed.    The front page of the phone bill is all that is needed (the page with the name, address & the phone number).
3. 7 REFERENCES 
   References are required by the bank, must be people you know and will verify that they know you. Name, address & phone numbers are required.
4. DRIVERS LICENSE
   You must have a Driver’s License that is valid.
5. INSURANCE
